WHAT WE OFFER
EZWALL Coatings Inc. manufactures two distinct systems of exterior wall cladding. R-Factor thermal cladding and Fiberfactor stucco systems are comprised of choice components and produced from raw materials of the highest quality.
All of our assemblies incorporate Hydrofactor fluid-applied air and moisture barrier as well as superior coatings and finishes. EZWALL’s exterior claddings offer high performance, increased energy efficiency, air and moisture control and countless design options, no matter the project.
R-FACTOR
R-Factor® is an exterior insulation and finish system, also known as an Continuous Instillation on CI system. R-Factor incorporates continuous insulation and an air barrier/water-resistive membrane. This energy efficient system provides a cost effective way to provide impact resistance and a primary weather barrier. The R-Factor® system offers ease of use, low maintenance, moisture drainage, aesthetic appeal, and design flexibility. In addition, finishes come in a wide range of colors and textures and offer proven durability.

FIBERFACTOR
Fiberfactor is a fiber reinforced stucco system that utilizes modern technology. Fiberfactor is available in one coat and three coat systems that combine the best of both worlds. Fiberfactor allows for the strength and affordability of traditional stucco with benefits of high performance acrylic finishes and air/water-resistive barriers.

HYDROFACTOR
Hydrofactor is a polymer based, noncementitious, ready mixed air and water-resistive barrier system. The Hydrofactor system consists of: Hydrofactor-C coating mixture applied over vertical sheathing with sprayer or roller, Hydrofactor-J joint compound is used with Hydrofactor Tape and applied by trowel at all sheathing joints, rough openings, and inside/outside building corners.
